The Flowers of Edinburgh is Laurie’s oldest CD that is still available. Recorded in 1985, this album made waves in the independent label industry and sold over 100,000 copies. This simple album was made before Celtic harp playing became the more complex and energetic art represented on her later albums. She’s accompanied by guitar, flute, and cello.
